My school is number 1 in the town of Kaniv. It is in Pershogo Travnia Street. It is rather far from the centre of our town. But it’s close to my house. It takes me only 5 minutes to get to school.
There are 400 students in our school. There are from 20 up to 30 students in every class.
The lessons start at 8 a.m. and are over at 3p.m.
Our school is a day school. It means that it’s not a boarding school.
There are a lot of subjects that you can study, such as Art, Biology, Chemistry, Technology, English, Ukrainian, Ukrainian Literature, History, Maths , Music, Physics, Chemistry, IT, PE, Craft and some others.
There are some sport activities like Volleyball Club. Students of our school often take part in various contests, competitions, concerts and art and project exhibitions.
As for our school facilities, we’ve got a gym, a canteen, an assembly hall, a library, a computer room, a football pitch, a Science lab and a playground.
The headmaster of our school is Svitlana Anatolivna Gryb.
I have been studying at my school for seven years and I think it is the best school in my town!
